Author Guidelines

The International Journal for Research in Electronics & Electrical Engineering (IJREEE) publishes original research articles, review papers, and technical communications in all areas of electronics and electrical engineering. Authors are requested to follow the guidelines below to ensure timely review and publication.

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be prepared in clear and concise English and submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX format. The general formatting requirements are as follows:

  • Use 12-point Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing

  • Provide an abstract of 150–250 words

  • Include 4–6 keywords relevant to the manuscript

  • Organize the manuscript into standard sections such as:

    • Introduction

    • Literature Review

    • Methodology

    • Results

    • Discussion

    • Conclusion

The maximum length of the manuscript should not exceed 8,000 words, including references and appendices.

Formatting Guidelines

The title page of the manuscript should contain the full title of the paper, author name(s), institutional affiliation(s), and complete contact details of the corresponding author. Authors are encouraged to include ORCID iDs where available.

Manuscripts must follow American English spelling and terminology. All pages should be numbered consecutively, and SI units must be used consistently for measurements and scientific expressions.

Figures and tables should be embedded within the text at appropriate positions and properly numbered with descriptive captions.

References and Citations

IJREEE follows the APA (7th edition) referencing style. Authors must ensure that all in-text citations are included in the reference list, and references are arranged in alphabetical order. Wherever available, DOIs should be provided. Journal article references must include the author(s), year of publication, article title, journal name, volume and issue, page numbers, and DOI.

Ethical Guidelines

IJREEE is committed to maintaining high ethical standards in scholarly publishing. Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original and have not been published or submitted elsewhere.

Authors are also required to:

  • Declare any conflicts of interest

  • Obtain permissions for use of copyrighted material

  • Confirm that all co-authors have approved the final manuscript

  • Follow ethical standards for research involving human or animal subjects
